  Picked up our dog from what was supposed to be a pet resort?? It wasn't!! She was neglected!! She was covered in mud, her ribs and pelvis back bone were showing, her neck had shrunk a whole size, according to her collar, she was shaking whilst using her muscles to just jump in and out of our car and obviously had been starved as she lost 5 kilos and was extremely off, based on her puppy nature, and clearly dehydrated!!! Once we got there to drop her off, they classed her as a medium dog, but I'm unaware as to how much a medium dog gets fed? How can $1 difference between a large and medium dog be difference at all? I feel sorry for the large dogs? Our baby costs us $20 a week to feed including bones? I dropped her off for 8 nights? They charged us approx. $170? I understand this is a business but I'm disgusted!! God knows if she even had a blanket on her bed? I supplied nothing as they said bedding and food was all provided?? Never again, first and last time!! Glad I took my chihuahua with us on holidays!! After a bath, lotsa love and a few good feeds, she still sad but glad to be home ❤️ I don't know what went on there, but never AGAIN!!! No wonder why a pet cemetery is at the bottom of this so called pet resort?

  Our 2 border collies love going here. From the moment we pull in the driveway they are super excited. Definitely loved and well looked after and played with. Highly recommend

  Absolutely brilliant. Have left my 42kg dog here on and off for his 5 years of being alive and they are brilliant to him. Always feel safe in the knowledge that he's being looked after by two people that deeply care about their animals and those that they look after. The prices are more than reasonable (especially compared to those in Brisbane) and their facilities are great. My dog loves being out there maybe more than being at home!

  My two dogs were well cared for and spoilt by owners who obviously have a great love for animals. Great they were flexible with pick up times too.

  I have recently used this pet motel to care for my cat and large dog. I have been very pleased with the care they both received. We placed the pets in for one week picked them up for 4 days and placed them back in for another week. Our dog while obviously preferring being at home was happy to return and bounced his way back into his pen. The owners are obvious animal lovers and their comments about our pets upon our return show they are both observant and caring.
